A: We require each order to have a $50 minimum (before shipping).  You can reach that $50 limit with any mix and match of our gifts and images. 

Q: What is your Lead Time
A:  Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for the processing and shipping of your order.  We will try to get your order out quicker if possilbe, depending on the size of the order. 

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: We typically use Fed Ex or UPS. Occasionally when shipping to Canada or overseas, we will use the U.S. Postal Service.  If a certain shipping method is preferred, please inform us!

A: This web site utilizes the a shopping cart that is fast, easy to use and very secure.  It is the BEST and quickest way to order from us.  If you wish to order by phone, you may call us at: (949) 939-6563.  If you get our voicemail please leave a detailed message and we will call you back as soon as possible so that we may complete your order.

Q: May I take the product photos and descriptions from this web site for use on mine?
A: Yes - you can help yourself to our product photos and descriptions.  As long as you have placed an order with us, you may right click and save the images to your own hard drive, and reupload them to your server.  Please do not hotlink to our images and use up our precious bandwidth though.
